The 370P Nail Gouge is designed to work on one of the areas that requires the greatest precision in pedicure: the lateral nail groove. Its 2 mm oblique, channeled tip facilitates access to narrow spaces where a wider tool may limit visibility or make control more difficult.
Its slim profile and 13 cm length allow the tip to be guided precisely without using the tool as an instrument of force. It is especially useful for cleaning the lateral nail groove, working with small remnants, and accessing areas related to nails with a tendency to become ingrown.
- Precision after cutting
The 370P does not replace the nail nipper or guide cutter. Its value comes precisely after the cut.
Within the PODO PRO system, the 412P can make the initial lateral cut and the 363P Guide Cutter can continue it. The 370P Gouge then provides access to the groove and allows the area to be worked with a tip specifically designed for narrow spaces.
It is made of high-performance stainless steel with cobalt alloy and features a non-slip handle to improve grip, visibility, and control during the service.
- Sterilization and care of the gouge
The 370P is compatible with autoclave and chemical sterilization processes; follow the sterilizer manufacturer's guidelines. Carefully remove any residue from the tip and channel before processing it, and dry it completely after each cycle.
Avoid using it for leverage or applying excessive force. The advantage of a professional gouge lies in its geometry and precision.
